Is anyone else having problems with UPS tracking?

I bought an item from ebay last week. I was told by the seller that it would be shipped UPS on monday Dec. 5th. I received a tracking number and email from UPS saying it was shipped, but every time I go to their tracking information there are no updates and the only thing it says is "Billing Information Received". Well the email from UPS said that it was sceduled to be delivered Thurday, Dec. 8th. It is now Friday, no package, no change on the tracking information (still just says Billing Information Received). I contacted the seller who promises it was shipped monday and he will try to contact UPS about the status. I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with UPS's tracking information not being updated. I have used UPS several times in the past and it always gets updated when a package leaves or arrives at a destination while in transit.
