Is anyone else fresh out of ideas for the secret santa thing? Woohoo! Problem solved!

So I was thinking of what I could get someone for the $20 gift in the secret santa deal and truth be told, I really don't have any good ideas. A DVD or two would probably be OK, but I'd rather save that idea as a backup. Anyone get any really good gifts last year that might inspire me?
