I got rather hairy arms and legs, and my chin and upper lip grow hair 10 times faster than the rest of my face. Otherwise not much chest hair and no back hair.

The spot on my forehead with less hair grows each year.
To be honest, there is a small spot at the top of my head where the hair is disappearing too ...

Anyhow, I put the patch on my bicep of my left arm. not as much hair there as most other places.

They work well enough.

It does sting a little bit pulling the patch off each night before bed though...

It's been just over 2 weeks since the last cig.... and honestly, with the patch, I don't get "stir crazy" and don't even feel the urge to smoke. I sometimes go outside with friends at the office during "smoke breaks" and don't even feel the urge to smoke... (it is nice to get out of my cube and to walk around a bit though)

I have some on my chest but not much. None to speak of on my back. Average amount on my arms and legs but nothing crazy.

On the flipside, I grow hair like crazy on top of my head and in the beard area. I've gotten a 5 o'clock shadow at 3 pm, so I just gave in a few years ago and have a beard
