Is anyone aware of a game called "Ex Presidents" or something similar?

I'm trying to troubleshoot a customer complaint - they claim their DSL doesn't work with this game... I'm trying to find out what game or mod it is so that I can try to reproduce it with our test equipment and can't find anything about it. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Hehehe, you're exactly right on that one. It's my personal belief that everything is the customer's fault. The issue is an escalation to low-level management and I volunteered, hoping I'd get to play some games at work for a while. Unfortunately I haven't had any luck finding the stupid game so far. I'm starting to think it might be a mod for some game but haven't had much luck with that either. All I've found so far is a clan by that name that plays RTCW.
