Is anyone actually excited that Trump will be next president?

Rural white men will turn to violence after trump loses.

I don't think so. Talking trash is easy when Donald is leading the charge. That's all it is, all it's ever been, even for the Bundyites.

Did you hear the trump supporter who called into glenn beck? I doubt he is alone and I doubt at least one of them wouldn't be willing to kill for their cause.

I'd be excited. Simply because the only way it could possibly happen would be that Hillary was arrested and jailed for some bit of sleazeball corruption that was finally a step too far (for a politician that is).

Of course the downside would mean Trump would be prez. Which really would mean Pence would be the acting prez.

No fan of Trump. But there are upsides to his presidency. For starters a unified senate and house against him. Second the anti-war left would come back to life. Also, liberties such as the 4th and 5th amendment would be a big deal again for the left.

I am disliking Trump a lot, but I would be "excited" if he got elected, like some kid who throws a giant firecracker into some abandoned car, house etc...and then runs back hiding to watch the explosion. That kind of excited.
It's like that except you're throwing the giant firecracker into your own house.

That's certainly true, but not sure why it's an upside that those screechy hypocrites would suddenly pretend to give a good shit about wars again.

About the only upshot I can think of is it'd be 4 years of constant laughs- both at Trump's idiocy, and at his detractors absolutely losing their shit just about daily.

Entertaining as any of that would be- it's not worth it. Trump just should't be prez, and ironically I think he's the first to agree with that, but if he were elected, he'd just say "Well, fuck it. They elected me! That means all of America wants what I'm slangin'! Let's have at it!"

I think the country is fucked in different ways either way- it's the choice between the country shooting itself in the ass (Hillary) or in the head (Trump). At least the ass-shot is survivable.

Have you listened to his Dimondale speech? Or are you one of those who know everything about a candidate without ever needing to listen to him?

Have you listened to the right wing radio programs echoing his spew during prime time? My parents buy into his BS hook, line and sinker and are gut hooked by it. Meanwhile back at Trump Inc. American workers are being displaced by H1B visa workers while he spews that he wants to protect our jobs. How much hypocrisy does it take to wake them up?
