i resubscribed on july 30th and haven't been able to get in the subcriber forums since. have been e-mailing everyday since and no answer yet.

THE ADDS!! THEY'ER BURNING MY EYESSSsss.....

so....anyone know if someones home at subscriber@anandtech.com ?

I don't think anyone is home there.

I resubscribed on June 16 and Anandtech didn't recognize it AND did not answer my emails.

me too , except for this re-up thing. i think they need a different sign up form for resubscribing. it wanted me to redo the entire signup process.

Unless it has changed, Anand himself handles the subscriber emails. At least that's what I was told when I had subscriber problems. That's why it takes so long to get a response. I guess he gets backed up.

that would explain it all. i just tryed going to the sign up page and it's down. mayhaps tis being worked upon ?

Re-subbing has always been a problem for me, but I've never had this long of a wait before.
On 6/24 I paid for a 12 month and still can't get a response....hmmm, sure would like to get my account working
