Is anyone a Business Analyst at Microsoft?

So a co-worker is leaving and accepted a job as a Business Analyst at Microsoft in the Santa Monica office. We want to counter-offer but she will not tell us her offer at MS. Anyone have an idea of the salary range of a business analyst at MS? (NOT a Business Systems Analyst, someone who manages account shifts and does ad hoc sales reporting)

I'm a Business (NOT Systems) Analyst at Microsoft in the Santa Monica office. I also post here in ATOT. I know, huge coincidence. I also enjoy talking about my salary so I will tell you that the range is between 68k-82k.

Sometimes it might not even matter. A former colleague of mine left for Yahoo even though he was offered a 20% raise at the old gig. Wasnt worth it to him.
