is anybody any good with Fourier series?

before i ask the question is there anybody here who is good at or familiar with fourier series half range expansions?

im totally stuck on a question and as usuall the text book just doesnt help. i hate it when all the examples in a text book are the namby pamby ones that you can rattle off with out much thought. but come the exam the questions are much harder
