is antec sp350 good enough?

a user made an offer to me for a Antec Smartpower 350w v2.0 (has sata cables). is it me or does the rails look kind low for my system (in sig).

it should be sufficient to power your system and any games or intensive apps you throw at it. Your overclock may be a bit limited though.

ill probably upgrade it later but i just need a psu to run it for a couple months
