Is antec KS280B+PP303X ok for Athlon 1.3G

I found KS280B+PP303X in CompUSA B&M for $79.99, which looks really sturdy and nice in black. But is the PSU ok for the Athlon 1.3G ? on the AMD certified PSU list, PP303X can only support Athlon up to 900Mh.

Any one who is using this case for AMD ( > 1G ) ?
