is Antec ISK 300/310 - 65 enough

I am considering mITX Atom build and I want something with solid build and relatively small. I am looking at the Antec ISK 300/310. For same strange reason locally 150W is cheaper then 65W, and that is where the problem comes in. Since it has non modular PSU built in, I wonder can they all be tucked away, neatly? I hope to build a fanless (maybe a silent case fan) build so I do not want cables in the way.

I want an Asus AT3IONT-I Deluxe which has power supply so no need for extra one (although might be good to have it) in case I decide to upgrade from Atom.

Edit: found ASUS M4A88T-I Deluxe board which is way better but I want to know if I do go with 300-65 will it be enough for Atlon II X2 245e ?

as mentioned I am changing the build to an AMD one with the same case and because I do not want to make a new thread, here goes.

the system will be in my bedroom so I want it to be as quiet as possible and 65W edition would better fit the bill for what I need.

Would the 65W version be enough for ASUS M4A88T-I Deluxe mobo + Athlon II X2 245e (45W) or even Phenom II 555BE (65W)? Keep in mind that the mobo also has WiFi and bluetooth that will be used.
