she still hasnt gotten the money. an appeals court in san fran said the son is the sole heir to the fortune. she is now trying to take her case to the supreme court.

depends on the state, i would think. testamentary issues are pretty much solely state law. i wonder how she made it into the Court?
 
son was just greedy. as for her inheriting money cuz her husband died...why the f**k not? he doesn't need it anymore. if ur gonna say she doesn't deserve it even for enduring the grossness of geriatric love making its still pointless. what did the son do to earn the money? cure cancer? or just genetic lottery winner😛
