Is Anandtech afraid of Toms Hardware?

Every time I post a link to an article at Toms Hardware it seems the topic gets locked before conversation even gets started. I've only noticed this over the past year.
What gives? Doe Anandtech have penis envy of Toms hardware or something? I think Toms is a fantastic site.
