Is an HD 2600 Pro going to kill my HTPC?

So I ordered an HD 2600 Pro for my HTPC and looked at the power requirements on ATI's website. They state 400w power supply required. I have an Earthwatts 380w that only has 17A on each rail, which is 204w total to run my system.

I have a single optical and hard drive, overclocked Intel E2160@3.0Ghz, PCI Firewire expansion card, Voodoo 4 4500 32MB PCI video card, and I will add in the HD 2600 Pro once it arrives.

I couldn't find any information from a Google search in regards to total system power consumption with a 2600 Pro, so has anyone here setup anything similar or even beefier than what I have with an Earthwatts 380w with good results?

Edit: I'm hoping to have an abomination of hardware that will retro game and be a HTPC powerhouse by dual booting Win2k and Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit.

Awesome. Thanks for the replies. It's in the mail today and it's just in time for Vista SP1 64bit, which I downloaded last night. Now to see if I can convince my neighbor to hook up my HTPC to his 50in LCD to play Transformers on HD DVD.
