Is an Antec Smart Power 450W enough?

A more updated and good quality 450W PSU will support the system fine but the SM 450 will not. Its an older ATX2.0 PSU that only offers about 22A to 24A on the 12v rails. Current quality 450W PSUs will offer about 30A or more on the 12V rail. You'll want a PSU like Corsair's VX450 which offers 33A on its single 12V rail.

Hard to say. It has 22A on the combined 12V rails, so you might be too low. And if the PSU is getting old, you'll be getting capacitor aging, which will dimish the output of the PSU. You'd be better off with another PSU, IMHO. Antec Earthwatt series of PSU's are usually priced pretty good and come with good power efficiency and decent amperage on the 12V rails.

I'd ditch that Smartpower in a hurry. Low rpm fan+Fuhjjyu crapacitors = Boom! In that wattage range, I'd look at the Corsair VX450 or maybe the Eathwatts (if you prefer Antec).
