Is an Antec NeoHE 430w powerful enough for an e6300 overclock?

I'm thinking about getting an Antec p150 with the included NeoHE 430W PS. Nonwithstanding the issues of boot problems and having to RMA the power supply, how much of an overclock can I expect when running an e6300 with 2 hard drives and two optical drives?

My current system is an antiquated AthlonXP system so I'm just now getting into the loop of current Core2Duo processors and their overclocking capabilities.

Thanks for the advice.

That power supply is more than powerful enough to handle overclocking a core2duo e6300.

By the way I have the Antec Solo. It's the same as the P150 only it's black and doesn't come with any power supply. It's beautiful and I love the features. You are going to be very happy with that case. :)

Thanks for your help guys! I'll probably be back in the next few days to go over specs for the system that's going to go in this thing.
