Is Alpha PAL6035 good for a 1.2Ghz Tbird?

Ok, Im about to upgrade my system to a Athlon Tbird 1.2 Ghz/266Mhz get a Asus A7V133 mobo. And I would like to know if it would be enough?
Cause I wanted to go with the Tai Sol, but I live in Brazil, and the places they ship international and have the Tai Sol the shipping rates are too expensive. So places with reasonable shipping prices they dont have the Tai Sol CGK 760092, so Im thinking to go with the Alpha PAL6035.

Appreciate ur attention and thnx in advance!

What fan will you be using?
Are you planning on overclocking?

The 1.2GHz RIG
With my PAL6035 w/ Sunon 27CFM fan I get
35C - 53C (idle/full load)

It's pretty hot in my room with System temps of 30-33C

Using VIA Hardware Monitor V2.04.

Depends on the fan. Best performance is with the Delta 7000rpm fans but its loud. This will cool just about everything. Best performance/noise ratio is with YStech fan although lately, theres been a new ThermalTake fan that performs even better for less noise. Specs are here.

Thnx for the replies!
I dont plan to OC it.
And I didnt plan to use the Black Label Delta, I think its very loud.
I was planing to use a Sunon or a YsTech fan.
Yeah the Tt fan seems very interesting too.
