Is ALDO a shoe brand or simply a retailer?

If they're a brand, where can I see their shoes online?

If they're a retailer, what brand of shoes do they sell?

They're a brand and have their own stores, but I don't believe that you can buy their stuff online or in other stores.

Alright. Sweet.

What brand makes good quality nice looking dress shoes for fairly cheap <$100

They're crap.

Who makes good shoes? I'm looking for some shoes to go with a fairly dressy outfit similar to stuff sold at Express.

The KC shoes dont really do it for me. Neither do the Aldos, actually. Other brands? I want simple yet effective.

Yeah, give us a basic type of shoe (square toe, round toe, what kind of seams, material, wide/narrow) and we can make some better suggestions. $100 will net you a pretty decent shoe...and yeah, I wouldn't really go with Aldo. I had Aldo sponsor a fashion show 2 years ago, and the shoe I wore started hurting my feet within 4 hours of practice, since it had little to no padding.

Johnston and Murphy on sale are generally decent, also there are Bostonian, Clarks, Doc Martens, Bass, Rockport, Brooks brothers but those are upwards of $200....good luck

Personally I just for a pair of Johnston and Murphy's for under $90 and they are some of the best most comfortable shoes I have ever bought, only problem is that they feel rather delicate so I cant wear them for any rough work....if you are looking for nice shoes, buy a pair of Docs or something for abuse.
