Is AIM working?

server might've restarted. happens alot to people on my buddy list. 30 or 40 will be signed off at once and then sign on all together like a minute later.

just breathe slowly, relax, and it'll come back on soon 😉
 
Seriously, what is with AIM?

Not a single person i know in Canada uses AIM.

We use MSN Messenger primarily.

I can't believe you Americans willingly install AOL crap on your PCs :Q

The only good thing that AOL makes is AIM
No one uses MSN messgener or Windows Messenger
At least I dotn think so :shocked:
 
Messenger + Mess.be's Messpatch = good stuff (since by deafult, MSN Messenger 7.0 is full of crap - MessPatch cleans it up 🙂)

Yep. Pretty much. Trillian is a great replacement for it though.

Why not just get rid of it? It is completely unnecessary. Just use the SP2 firewall.
 
AIM sucks so much, the only reason we still use it is cause AOL was so popular in the 1990s, and most of us haven't outgrown it yet. I personally think that Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger are way better than AIM. What sucks the most is I still use AIM cause my friends still use it.
