Is "AIM" still the network of choice?

I use pidgin, so it really wouldn't matter what network my friends are on. But as far as the network goes, I use AIM - in fact, everyone I know at school (both in college and hs) uses AIM.

Google Talk FTW! Most of my close friends use it exclusively, so it's not like I need anything else anyways. Still have AIM 5.9 (last one before Triton) with AIM Ad Hack though.

Ditto. Although I primarily use AIM (work and personal).

I don't know of anyone who still uses ICQ...I haven't used that since 2000 back in my Quake'ing days

I'm moving toward Google Talk, but I keep AIM around for a few people that I still talk to on there.

i started with ICQ then moved to AIM. it was way back in mid-1990s.

oh yeah, staff AIM FTW!

mostly AIM for my main circle of friends. Google chat for the more exclusive friends

My korean fob friends all use MSN.

Most of my friends seem to use MSN. I use Miranda IM, so I just connect to ICQ, AIM, and MSN just the same.
