Is AIM down?

is AIM down for anyone? I was just logged in until somehow i got disconnected. i try to reconnect but it says it fails to connect to authentication server. I use pidgin btw. i tried meebo and a different account and that doesn't work either.

edit. never mind it's back up.

Unable to login with Pidgin. Error 10061 is the remote server actively refused the connection, so the service is probably not running on the machine.

Also can't get any mirrors on sourceforge to work but I can't imagine that's related.

[Edit] And now it works. No telling if it will continue.

Yeah it was down about 15 minutes for me and most everyone on my buddy list have been popping on and off all day.

same issue here with trillian, happened a few hours ago,

also AT is incredinily slow today

it acted weird on me recently but i'm still online.

AIM and YIM have been screwy for me for a couple weeks. About when my ping times to google through Seattle hit 1500ms...
Still having DNS resolving issues.
