I've tried most of the programs listed in this thread, ACDSee 4.x still the best. Go too high and you get bloatware, stick at 4.x

I used to like acdsee 4.x until I found a bunch of bugs in it, like it wouldnt save bitmaps correctly and stuff. Then I tried a bunch of other apps. Right now I'm using this one:

wow i like this its basically what i love about compupic pro with more features and its free!
