Is a waste of time but you still do them

What are some of the thing that you think is a waste of time to do, but you still do them?

I for one, think eating and going to the bathroom is a waste of time. When I am on a roll working or playing that is the time when nature calls... sigh.. I just wish I can go on without doing it. I am not saying not doing them, just I wish I don't have to do them.

I don't think surfing fits. You surf to pass time, but I am taking about things you rather not have to do while you are trying to concentrate to accomplish something else.

Sleeping. It wastes so much of my time everyday. If I didn't have to sleep I'd have an extra 7-8 hours a day! *sigh* time for bed....
