Is a used 3 month old 9500 pro/dvi/video out/red pcb for $125-$130 good?

Someone might sell me his 9500pro Sapphire w/dvi-video out. Its been used 3 moths never oced and was an oem. id $125-$130 good for this?
 
Seems good to me. You can buy a new nVidia Ti4200 128MB for that now, and I'd much rather have the 9500 Pro for that price.
 
I'd upgrade my GF4 Ti 4200 128MB @ 275/550 for one if I could find one for that price. I could get most of that back from selling my GF4 too. 🙂
 
That's a steal. Only thing to be wary of is the clock speeds, as OEM cards can vary greatly from retail specs (and even retail specs vary). Still, even if it is clocked lower than retail cards, still a great deal at that price.

Typically 180-200. Jump on this deal...The 9500 pro is essentially on level without FSAA or anisotropic, but it blows it away with these turned on.
