Most (all?) 939 motherboards only have PCI Express slots and no longer support AGP. You'd need a new video card.

Edit: Ah unless your 9200 is a PCI card, I didn't think about that.

i have that asus card (the x700), its nice for its price, its probably the best card under 100 bucks on pci-e, however i can't seem to find reviews for it, most review the other x700's which have 300-350 memory, the asus has 250 but mine runs at 310 without a problem so i'm not sure if its a bios issue

the GeForce 6200TC is the best cheap PCI-E card out ATM

edit: it also has purevideo which makes watching movies look clearer than other cards (e.g x300/x700) which might matter more to you since you arent gaming

This seems like the best choice.

The 6200TC is a good choice if you are watching a lot of DVDs. OTOH, if you watch a lot of DivX and XviD, I'd go with an X300 (make sure to get the non-SE version) which supports hardware acceleration in the DivX player (it doesn't help you at all if you are using another player app like WMP, though).

Also, in my experience the cheap ATi cards have always had better DVI quality than the cheap nVidia cards, since all of the 9600 (or X300) and up cards have the DVI transmitter as part of the chipset. Nvidia used to have and external transmitter on their cheap cards, so your were at the mercy of the card manufacturer with them. I'm not sure if they have gone with an integrated transmitter on the 6200TC, though, so those cards may well be up the ATi's level of consistent DVI quality by now. I just recently have had a horrible experience with a FX5200's DVI output having compatability issues with a Dell 1905FP, so I'm still a bit gunshy on recommending the cheap nVidia cards for now.
