I'm about to buy an Athlon 64 S754 MB w/ 2800+ CPU and memory, keeping most of the other parts that fit until i get more cash...

i have an enermax 350 w psu w double fan... will it work ?

by working, i mean
2 hard drives, 2 optical drives (dvd rom and cd rw maybe replaced by dvd rw) floppy and vid card
to be plugged in it the vid card is a geforce 5200
network and sound i'll use integrated

here are the specs
+3.3 - 32A
+5V - 32A
+12V - 26A

Enough?

Suggestion : You guys should mention PSU in the guides, some adresses to calculate the need

+12V - 26A
You sure 'bout that? probably 16A

Anyway you are gonna be fine.
When you get it up and running just run mbm5 to make sure your voltages are staying within +-5%.

You'll be able to run your system with a decent amount of headroom to spare.

I'd also suggest taking MBM5 results with a grain of salt. Check your voltages with a multimeter to be certain they are truly within the +-5% tolerance.

Enermax has traditionally have very strong +12V rails, so 26A isn't surprising. I'd say that it'll be fine. I have a whole lab of A64 3000+ systems in school running on Antec 350W PSUs.

I'd take a quaility PSU like enermax at 350 watts over a cheapo 450watt PSU anyday
