Is a PDA a peripheral?

I mean, it sort of is...but not really...I have PDA questions and just don't want people to yell at me for posting in the wrong forum :(

Depends on what your PDA is capable of. If it has the funtionality of a PocketPC, then it is not a peripheral, it is a portable computer. Otherwise, I would classify an organizer-type PDA as a peripheral.

Hmmm...a quick check of the search function shows the bulk of PDA posts going into Off Topic, hot deals, or for sale...

I don't think anyone will mind a PDA question in GHW, since people can't seem to agree, and since it may or may not depend on the type of PDA, it seems like a pretty general topic to me.
