An old ISA 10Mb card is more than fast enough - if it's working OK, leave it be.

With a bus mastering PCI card your CPU wouldn't have to oversee data transfers. This might improve performance a bit. I don't know enough about the technical differences between the PCI bus and the ISA bus to tell you for sure.

It won't really make much difference. I would suggest leaving it alone unless you run into IRQ conflicts. This way you free up precious PCI slots.
