Is a p3 450 cooler than a p4 northwood?

If I need to upgrade my cpu I want a cool one so I have a quiet system, the only thing making
noise in my p3 450(pre-coppermine) is the HD which some site said runs at 39db and the PSU fan which
isnt too bad but I dont have exp with puters to compare it on. How loud would a p4 1.6A be compared to
this from people that have owned both?
 
I've got a P3 Katmail too (500) and I've changed the heatsink/fans on the cpu. People here seem to really love the new power supplies from Antec (TruePower, available in 330w and 430 watts flavors) and the stock heatsink/fan on the P4 seems to do the job quite well. I've heard the stock fan and I couldn't say if it was on or off when I was sitting at a normal distance from it (where I would be sitting if I it was my computer...)

Invest in a good, quiet power supply and you won't regret it
