I dont wana re-install windows again(from a potential data loss), and Im afraid to even touch the thing with all the work I've been doing recently on my pc.Right now its at 200X11.5 is 1.70 v ok? think it could run a little lower?

I run as high as 1.85v (actual) on air, just fine. In the cooler winter months I have run over 1.925v (actual) just fine, though the temps. were high by my standards.

You will likely run into temperature problems long before voltage issues when using most air cooling. Run the S&M CPU test for a few minutes to find your temps fast. This little program drives up CPU temps waaaaaayyyyy faster than P95, though the final temperature is likely the same.

I think its worth a try if you're worried about heat. See my sig, my mobiles at 1.57v (set at 1.60v in BIOS, the nf7-s tends to undervolt the cpu). So, I suspect you could be stable at a lower vcore. YMMV
