Is a k6-III powerful enough for soft dvd playback?

Please could someone tell me if the following system is powerful enough for soft dvd playback when using 3dnow! optimised software (eg powerdvd or xing 2.03)?

K6-III 400
192Mb RAM
Millenium G200 SDRAM

You should have no problem w/the K6-3 proc.

You might have problems w/the G200.

Only way to find out is to try it out on the DVD programs that you mentioned and try a couple of DVDs.

On my productivity system, I have a K6-2 550 w/ 384MB and a Millenium G400 32MB DH playing PowerDVD 2.55. Runs great and I can grab DVD screen caps like there's no tomorrow.

I think a k6 2 350 and up can play dvd's without a problem.
