Is a Good Sam membership worth it?

I have a 1980 Coachmen Leprechaun that I went camping in with my grandparents back in the 1980's. We bought it a couple of years back, updated the wheels to the newer, large size, put new tires on it, and have basically used it to do something a bit fancier than tent camping at State Parks. We probably go 5 to 7 times a year in it. I guess I'm mostly keeping it for nostalgia - we have loads of photos of my grandparents using it from the early 80's through the early 2010's. It has about 55,000 miles on it.

Anyway, it looks like I'm going to need to replace at least 1 roof vent, since the plastic part went flying and disintegrated when it sailed off and hit the road last weekend, disintegrating into lots of pieces. It IS 40+ years old, and though it was stored indoors most of that time, the plastic finally weakened and came apart, evidently. There is a Camping World store near here, and when I was looking at their roof vents, up came an offer for a 3 year Good Sam Club membership. (not the roadside assistance, this is the camping membership) Right now they are offering a 3 year membership for $79.

Do any of you have this membership? What are the actual discounts you can regularly use? Do you feel that it is worth it? Thanks!

If you stay at Good Sam affiliated parks, you (generally) save 10% with your membership. There are a few other "perks" that may or may not be "valuable" to you. We had a 3 year membership and the camping discount was basically the only thing we used. The fuel discount SOUNDS good, but for us, the Pilot Flying J fuel stations were always more expensive than other Top Tier stations.
