Is a GF3 Supposed to be able to run 3DMark2003?

If it's like my GF4 was, it may run one or two of the tests, but not all.

My 9800xt gets 6,400 points in '03.

my old Radeon 8500-128MB - just ahead of the GF3 Ti 500 - got less than a third of the xt's score.

It's worth trying - mostly you will get a slideshow and almost none of the cool lighting effects the DX8 cards cannot run. . . . 3Dmark'01 is the test for the older cards.

My last Visiontek GeForce3 score with 3dmark2003. Well, the last time I bothered to run it anyway. It's not even installed on the machine using the card any more.

It should just be able to run Game Tests 1-3, which are DX7 (no shaders), 8, and 8 (PS/VS 1.x). It can't run GT4, which uses some DX9 (PS/VS 2.0) effects. Don't expect to score much more than 1K, IIRC.
