My subscription expires this week. I?m having anxiety. The performance of the free version is on par with the paid version now, but I prefer the look and feel of the subscriber version. In reality perhaps I?m just loyal and feel more like I?m supporting the cause this way (vs. clicking on some ad banner).
I know most of you that had subscriptions, expired some time ago, and I got lucky and upped mine before the program was canceled. I?m sure it?s been discussed at length, but I don?t understand why this method of supporting the forums was dropped. I occasionally frequent the forums at hardocp and recently gave Kyle Bennett some cash for a subscription to support that community. If nothing else the subscription was a professional way for Mr. Lal Shimpi to hold out his hand.
