Is a extended warranty for ipods advisable?

So many people that I know have had issues with their ipods freezing and such. So I was thinking that an extended warranty would be a good idea. Your thoughts please.

Oh yea I would be getting the 60gb version, so I'm guessing hard drive based storage = more problems.
 
Ive owned 3 various ipods and never had an issue with any of them. I never got the extended warranty. Just lucky I guess.
 
It's insurance. Buy it if YOU think you'll need it for a good piece of mind.
