Is a Corsair 550VX enough for this?

These are the parts:

Core i7 2600 Sandy Bridge
3x2GB RAM 1600Mhz
MSI Geforce 560Ti
1 hard drive, 1 optical drive
No overclock (other than the small OC that comes with the video card)

Is a Corsair 550VX enough to run this? The video card says it only requires 500w, but I want to make sure.
