Sometimes I wish all companies were Amazon or at least had their customer service.
Got an HP touchpad in the last Ebay selloff. However, I was only able to order the 32 gig as the 16gig sold out before my transaction could complete.
On arrival I actually received a 16gig model. I sent a message through the ebay system and asked if I could just be credited for the price difference as I originally wanted a 16gig and I'm enjoying the product (bonus points for a solid refurbished item)
I suppose I'm just used to getting my way 😀, but was surprised when told no, that they had a "32gig replacement ready" and that I would need to ship mine back and then on verification they would send me a 32 one.
Anyway, I figure I'll call regular HP customer service and see if I can get a different answer, but in general are ebay stores separate entities even though they share the same name?
