Is a business with a mailroom considered a freight forwarder?

Gamestop wants to cancel my order because they don't want to ship to my company's mail room, apparently they think it's a freight forwarder, whatever that is. There are about 2000 employees at my location so all mail received at the company is brought to one location and distributed by our mailroom employees.

If Gamestop gets paid for their product, why should they care where it's shipped?

Hmmm, I dunno... so you can't just list your address as:

Pip Boy
Company Name
123 Any st.
Anytown, CA USA

??? Will that type of address not make it to you at your work?

They probably just want to know that the person who is buying the product is actually the one getting it. One, they could be a dealer... two, it could be someone using a card illegally and having it forwarded to their real address. Not saying I agree, but that is probably why.

Yes it should, normally I also list my mailstop on there (D1-0148) to help the mail guys out.

The address is also on file with my credit card so they'd better comply with my shipping directive or face eternal damnation.

OK, that makes sense.
Thanks!
