is a burned 6800gt cureable?

i just burned my 6800gt by unplging the power supply on the card
god! what a stupid move!!!!!!! i know.

it's now not working and smells like some transistors or what so ever are burned.
do you guys think i can still send it back for warranty?
since i bought it from HK and probably have to send it back there for warranty, if I have no chance getting it repaired then will just forget about it (try) ((((

any suggestion?

I don't know, but dibs on the dead card if you can't get an RMA. I want a new keychain.

Are you sure it's the card and not your PSU? maybe the card is ok.

Okay, after reading your GH thread, yeah, you baked your card ("screen goes crazy after boot") and no, that's not covered because you yanked the power connector.

Check the pins of the external power connector block where they solder to the video card. You may have a bad solder joint.
