Is a 700W OCZ enough?

The RAM will be DDR2 1000, FWIW.

I'm 90% sure that a 700W OCZ will handle this just fine, but I just wanted to check here real quick. Also, if I decide to set up two 4850s in crossfire mode, will my 700W OCZ still be enough?

Yes, definately, and yes, definately. I'd get a corsair 750tx for 120$ AR at newegg.com though. Unless you own the OCZ allready ofcourse.

Newegg PSU prices are high whether you factor in shipping or not. PSU's, cases, etc... essentially "commodity items" is where Newegg makes the money they essentially lose on CPU's and HDD's.
