Is a 330W Antec True Power enough for this setup?

Is a 330W Antec True Power enough for this setup? I have an Antec 430W TP that's currently in a server w/ 2 hdds and an OC'd 1700+ w/ fsb=333
I suppose I can switch the PSs if the Intel needs it more than the server.

2.4CGHz OC'd to over 3.0GHz while ripping a dvd
1-80GB Maxtor Hdd
vid may be a 9800np
(2) stick of HyperX PC3500
Probably an Abit Springdale mobo

Yup, my True 330 drives my 1700+ @ 2.2, a raptor, 120 gig maxtor and an overclocked ti4200.

Yes. I run at least that on my rig with a True330
