More than enough. My P3 600 Katmai, the most power hungry P3 ever made is happy with 250W PS.

Any single CPU system will run fine on a 300W. You would need something extremely unusual to require more, like a dozen hard drives or something.

A 300W psu should definately be enough for a P3 450 and that extra stuff. For awhile I was running a 1.4ghz Tbird on a 250W psu.:) Although, I did have the DVD drive and cdrw drive in an external case getting power from something else.

300W is a little tight, I would opt for 340W or 350W. Although the P3 is not a power eater, but you got like 5 IDE devices and 4 addon cards, I'd say if you want to be safe you should go to 340/350W.
