I have a micro ATX case and the PS I'm running now is pretty loud. Its getting to me.
The setup I will have is
P4 2.53 ghz
533fsb
1gig of rdram
standard 5.1 sound card.
gigabit card
DVD+-RW
Floppy Drive
ATI 9800xt or 9800 pro.
2 Ultra ATA harddrives.
3 case fans (2 60mm and 80mm)

Would the enlight 150w SFX be fine?

I very seriously doubt it,especially with a power hungry 9800XT.

A good quality 300 watts psu would be the minimal size.

No it won't, but if you don't mind spending the money, there are high-quality, quiet psu's that will run that setup, most of them are between $100 & $150, though. Just how important is quiet to you?;)

Hell no! (nice rig tho) go with a bare minimum of a quality 300w, or if you want to overclock at all get a high quality 400w + PSU like the antec True power reccomended in the overclockers system guide

My 180watt psu in my htpc can handle an 9800aiw p42.4c@3.1ghz a maxtor hard drive and a dvd drive, but no more. Another drive pushes it too far.
