is a 128mb 8500LE faster than a 64mb 8500 non-le? and can you oc the 128mb 8500le?

After reading through the old post, I've decided to get a 8500 over a 9100. I am a very very light gamer, I play cs every once in a while and maybe warcaraft 3 1-2times a month; I mainly use my computer for DIVX movies and basic computer functions. But i WANT DVI b/c i have a DVI ready LCD at home. I have some questions

1)is a 128mb 8500LE (250/200mhz)faster than a 64mb 8500 non-le?
2)and can you oc the 128mb 8500le?
3)do i even need a 128mb 8500? or should i just get the 64mb card?
