Cooling is an ocz vindicator with a 90 cfm fam blowing through it. At 100% cpu load its about 56C. Too hot?
Thanks in advance.

If you're not sure what your CPU's max temperature is, you can look it up here. Note that overclockers often define "too hot" at lower temperatures because transistors slow down at higher temperatures, so they don't OC as far at higher temperatures.

IIRC, figuring out the number for a specific processor on models with a range of max temps requires something described here.

Temps are fine, just don't push it too much higher. Often you can even go a few degrees higher than what it says on the spec sheet, but that's not recommended.

Ok cool. My cpu idles about 44-45, mobo 43, and both gpu's at 56. This is with my room quite warm. In the summer the air is on and my room gets frigid. Glad to know I'm not burning everything up right now.

My Opteron 1216 currently running at 3.2ghz cooled with a Zalman 9500 peaks at approx 50c so that does seem a bit high especially since I have the fan running on about half-speed for near-silent operation .... however since 63c is the maximum AMD lists for sustained operation you should be ok.
