is 5179 3dmark 2000 marks good for a geforce2 GTS/pro

i have a duron 800 with 256mb pc-2100 ddr ram, leadtek winfast geforce2 gts, which has 5.5 ns ram, its currently doing 200core and 385 mem, i know that doing the core wont do sh1t so i left it alone, but i dont know how far i can push the mem. and is there anyway i can tweak it, i saw this guy with a athlon 1.5 and a gts with a 3dmark 2000 score of 10000 something, pretty impressive.

I'm not very sure, but I used to have a leadtek geforce 2 GTS and the stock speed was 200/333, are you sure yours is 285?
