Is 50c too hot for motherboard?

Mine is 40c at idle and 52c at load i wonder if that's normal. You have a p35 I think those run hotter, hopefully someone can confirm..
 
Never mind I found the problem the Asus board has a hole offset that won't allow my MCW30 block to sit flat on the NB. Poor contact will make for high temps everytime,
went back to the orig asus NB sink and a small fan for now.
