Is 460watt load ok for 520watt psu?

My system is running globally at 460 watts when bf3'ing on my SLI rig with a corsair hx520w power supply. The 12v rail is supposed to handle 480 watts, combined, so it should be ok, but is this too close to the max? I mean... it's 460 watts running bf3 and 150 watts at rest, so I assume it's only taxing the psu around 300 watts, worst case...:whiste:

Yes, I have a kill-a-watt that I'm measuring from the main power cord to the wall, 460 watts, under load, for the entire system. I'm SLI'ing two gtx460's and IIRC tom's site had that draw at 319.
