Is 430W enough?

I was just wondering, seeing as PSU's go as high as 600W. It should be able to power:

Athlon 64 3700+ SD (overclocked to 2.8)
DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra-D
Seagate Barracuda SATA 200GB
ATI Radeon X850 XT (overclocked to Platinum)

Think it'll be enough? Or should I go for the 480W? The only problem is that the 480W is slightly out of my reach ($25 over my limit). I don't want to have to spend the extra money unless it's absolutely necessary.

imo, with that kind of oc'ing i'd go with the 480 or 550. but if it will blow your budget..

i just remember when i tried to save a bit by getting the x-clio with my dfi. its a nice psu but it definitely choked my oc on a 3200 winny. since getting the tpII 550 i had no more problems.
