Is 40 deg. C. (idle) too hot for a Winchester?

Here's the OC setup:

Athlon64 3200+ @ 1.4V * 8.3% = 1.5162V, 10 * 240 FSB, 3 * 240 HTT
Zalman CNPS7000-AlCu @ ~2400rpm
OCZ DDR466 @ 2.5, 4, 4, 10, 1T, 2.85V

Idle temps really dont' matter much. As long as your load temp (measured while running Prime95 Small FFTs torture test) is under 60C, you are good to go.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I ran Prime95 for about 5 minutes, and then I ran Everest Home Edition like one second afterwards and my load temp. was 48 deg. C.
